I tell it like it is. I purchased a gift card from Wisp for my wife's birthday. When my wife tried to used it, she was told it had expired and was only good for a year. Yes, it had been over a year since it was gifted the card. No where on the envelope, card supplied by Wisp, or the actual gift card did it have an expiration date on it. I strongly believe in good customer service and Wisp missed a great opportunity to show that they actually care about the customer and were even rude about it. Word to the wise, deal directly with their stylists because the management doesn't care about you. Really feels like they stole my money and didn't care about it. Shame. Update. While in management, I was taught service recovery. That's when things didn't go right, you work to make it better Wisp has done that. Wisp reached out to us, recognized the issue, and work to resolve it. Cudos to Wisp for good service recovery.

After trying many different salons, I feel so lucky to have found Wisp! I’ve had my color done with Lauren, the co-owner, and the entire experience is absolutely amazing. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, with such a calm, upscale vibe from the moment you walk in. Every person I interacted with was friendly and professional, which instantly made me feel comfortable. Lauren is incredibly talented and truly passionate about what she does. She took the time to listen, explain the process, and make sure my color turned out exactly how I wanted—if not better. My hair look so fresh and vibrant each time I go in. Wisp Salon offers a top-tier experience from start to finish. If you’re looking for expert color, a relaxing atmosphere, and a salon that genuinely cares about their clients, I can’t recommend Lauren and Wisp Salon enough! From their eye masks to incredible conversation, know you will be well-taken care of!
